Group Reservation Requirements and Policies:

26 people or more

Full payment due at the time of booking

Tickets are non-refundable unless Trip Protection is purchased at the time of booking.

Only the designated Group Coordinator is permitted to make changes and payments to the booking.

10% Booking Fee on all tickets.

10% Pilot Gratuity applied to all group bookings.

Each passenger must sign their own participation agreement.

Group Excursions do not guarantee an exclusive boat, available seating will be filled with other ticketed passengers.

Cancellation Policy for Group:

Trip Protection makes an associated ticket eligible to receive a refund of the full ticket price IF canceled at least 72 hrs. before scheduled departure.

The Trip Protection cost itself, $6 per ticket, is NOT refundable.

Boat Buyout bookings are subject to different cancellation policies.

Group Excursions do not guarantee an exclusive boat, available seating will be filled with other ticket passengers.

Boat Buyout Excursions

Group Reservation Requirements and Policies:

• A 50% payment is due to secure the boat, in the form of one single payment, at the time of booking.

• The final payment is due 45 days prior to the trip.

• Price includes: a private boat and tailored jet boat experience, pilot gratuity, a special departure accommodation and fuel surcharge.

• Based on a 49 passenger boat

Cancellation Policy for Boat Buyout:

• Trip Protection is not available for boat buyouts.

• Cancellations received 45 or more days before the excursion date will be eligible to receive a full deposit refund.

• Cancellations 44 – 30 days of the excursion date result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit.

• Cancellations received within 29 days of the trip result in 100% forfeiture of payments.

• The final passenger count to verify occupancy is due 7 days prior to your trip (does not change price).

Adventure for all ages!

Thank you for considering Willamette Jetboats for your 2025 school outing and field trip. We genuinely enjoy providing students the
opportunity to celebrate their year-end with a memorable and exhilarating boat ride on the Willamette River!
In 2025 we are offering two trip choices:

1. The 30 minute Quick and Scenic Excursion:

An excellent option which includes all the splash and dash plus a portion of the ship and
bridges tour in a shorter time frame. This trip suits younger graders well or classes on a tight time or budget.

2. The 1 Hour Ships and Bridges Excursion:

A popular choice as the hour-long ride provides a good balance of education, spins, and
splash in just the right amount of time.

To serve more schools and provide this opportunity to more students, we are no longer including the 2-hour Willamette Falls tour in the school field trip program.

Grade Levels K-12: 30 Minute Quick and Scenic Tour Students $14 Adults / Chaperones $20

Grade Levels K-12: 60 Minute Ships, Bridges and Splashes Tour Students $19 / Chaperones $29

• 1 teacher per 25 students rides for free, additional adults at chaperone rate

• We ask that you maintain a student to adult ratio of 15:1 (for every 15 students there must be one adult) and not exceed 6:1 (for every 6 students there may be up to one adult) *based on a 49 passenger boat

• 6% booking fee is waived

• 4% fuel surcharge is waived

Important School Group Policies:

• Discounted school trips rates are offered Monday through Thursdays only, May 18 to June 12. Memorial Day weekend excluded

• Boarding times are available at designated blocks between 9am to 3pm

• Max capacity of each boat is 49 passengers

• Minimum of 25 passengers required

• If a group will have more than 48 passengers, we require a guarantee of 80 passengers to bring in a second boat

• Schools limited to 2 boats per trip

• Assignment of boats is at our sole discretion

• Type 1 emergency life jackets are supplied on the boat for every passenger. Use during the trip is not required by the USCG

• Parking is available in the OMSI parking lot and boarding is by the USS Blueback Submarine!

• This program is available to public schools (grades 3 to 12) within the Oregon and Washington school districts, and private charter schools

Payment Terms:

• A 25% deposit is due 30 days prior to departure in the form of cash, school check, or credit card. We accept Visa, MC and AMEX. Sorry, we cannot process individual participant payments

• Final group count (increase, depending on availability, or reduction in numbers) must be called in no later than 24 hours prior to departure

• Final payment may be made on arrival

Participation Agreements:

Signed participation agreements are required for every child and adult boarding the vessel. A waiver linked to your booking can be forwarded to each parent, guardian or individual via email or text. Waivers signed through the link are tracked within the booking. A PDF version of the participation agreement is available upon request. There is an option to opt out for a fee of $10.00. The opt out fee may be paid by individual parties.
